In order to provide every client with consistent & complete service, fielding phone calls from future clients all day while trying to care for our current ones results in haptic service at best for both.   2. Our priority is our current clients. We book our work months in advance. If you’d like to join the roster, please know we work new clients in where possible, and can only meet expectations when communication is kept in writing.

  3. We use a team messaging app called Slack with our ongoing clients and have found it to be the most consistent way to guarantee great product in a fair turnaround time. If you’re a designer or merch company wanting to get started, but dislike this form of communication, we’re not a good fit for you.
